·      The “Individual Computer” Live CPE Webcast product is an individual IP logon product – you are “tracked” by your IP computer internet address and your e-mail address. I want to know who is polling and who is behind the computer. The “Individual Computer” Live CPE Webcast product uses polling to see if you are listening. I use the “chat box” to privately take questions so that I can answer your questions (add interactivity to the meeting).

·      You must “poll” (answer the poll questions) at least 75% of the time to obtain a CPE Certificate. I DO NOT AWARD PARTIAL CPE CREDITS ON THE INDIVID-UAL COMPUTER LIVE CPE WEBCAST PRODUCT.

·      Group Proctor CPE Live Webcast Product – This product allows CPA firms to gather around their conference room and listen to Larry Stein CPE Live Webinars-Webcasts. You use your computer and your LCD screen to watch the video and you use your conference call system to listen to the audio. The “Group Proctor” is responsible for monitoring attendance by using the “GROUP PROCTOR CPE MONITORING FORM.” Larry Stein CPE Live Webinars relies on this GROUP PROCTOR monitoring and attendance verification process (including the properly completed form) in completing CPE certificates.

·      On the Group Proctor CPE Live Webcast Product, see “Larry Stein’s Group Proctor CPE Procedures.” You must have a group proctor sign up for the Group Proctor CPE Live Webcast product. This proctor is responsible for monitoring attendance (taking attendance, ensuring CPE compliance, monitoring number of contact minutes per live attendee physically sitting in the CPA firm’s facility, etc.). See “Larry Stein’s Group Proctor CPE Procedures.” Attendance verification And Monitoring Forms/Procedures are the cornerstones of this product. You must sign-off on the attendance roster. The 50-minute NASBA CPE compliance standard is utilized. See “Type Of NASBA CPE Credits” below.
